When I go to the south I am like food for mosquitoes- food frenzy 00:52:21 Lorrie "Tigerlily" Herrmann: We were talking about temperature regulation at the beginning? I have been having trouble with the heat. My family has been "dismissive" that it is "menopause". But after the Family Event on Saturday my husband realized it was a "REAL" experience. I had a lot of trouble with the heat on Saturday in the afternoon with a list of tasks that we had to accomplish together and he suggested we take a break and went to a movie. It wasn't a great movie but the cool temperature and dark theatre was very helpful in my toolkit. The gift was his recognition of my need for a change of environment. Education bridged my gap! 00:52:29 Rain Yocky: We do have an Ontario in SoCal. I'm about 30 miles east of it, and Celeste is maybe 5-10 miles west of it.
